REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our refunds & returns policy will vary depending on the product supplied. T-Shirts and Apparel are custom manufactured for a specific customer, and are therefore, non-returnable. We will, however, consider a refund on these items dependent upon circumstances, and a decision as to whether or not to refund a customer is entirely at the discretion of Geek and Freak Zone. We will always consider any request for a refund sympathetically and will always take every reasonable step to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

To be considered for a refund or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you should communicate with us via email at refunds@geekandfreak.com

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

There are certain situations where, at our discretion, only partial refunds will be granted. Every request for a refund is considered on its individual merits.

Any request for a refund that is received more than 30 days after delivery of the item will not be considered.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
